What happens if I am late to my session?
If you arrive 15 to 20 minutes late, a $40 fee will be added to your total. If you are 25 minutes late or more, your session will be canceled, and the retainer will be forfeited.
Can I reschedule my shoot date?
Yes, you can reschedule, but a 72-hour notice is required, deposits can be applied toward a future photoshoot with no expiration date. If notice is given less than 72 hours before the session, the retainer will be forfeited with no exceptions.
How many times can I reschedule ?
You can reschedule your session a maximum of two times.
How long does a session last?
Sessions typically last between 30 minutes to 2 hours. The specific duration is listed under each session type.
Does the deposit go toward my final price?
Yes, your $200 deposit is deducted from your final price. For example, if your session total is $400, your remaining balance would be $200 after the deposit is paid.
Do I need to bring anything to my session?
You are welcome to bring any special items you would like to be photographed with. Props are encouraged, but please avoid number balloons.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
All edited digital images will be delivered via an online gallery within two weeks of your selected images. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Can I print images on my own?
Yes, after receiving your images through the online gallery, you can download and print them as you like. However, I do not recommend using commercial printers like Walmart or Walgreens, as the quality may not meet professional standards. I can provide recommendations for better printing options.
What should I wear for my session?
You should wear whatever best represents you, whether casual or dressed up. It is advisable to avoid clothing with text, characters, or images that can be distracting. For group photos, coordinate your colors without necessarily matching exactly. For maternity sessions, I suggest outfits that showcase the baby bump. When is payment due, and what forms of payment do you accept?
Full payment for your session is due before the start of the shoot. Payments can be made in cash or via PayPal.
Can I bring a friend along?
Yes, you may bring a friend as long as they do not interfere with the session.
Can you help me find a makeup artist?
Absolutely! I have a list of highly recommended makeup artists for my clients.
How many photos will I receive?
The number of photos included is specified in your package. Additional files can be purchased for an extra cost.
Can I have my unedited images?
No, I do not provide raw or unedited images. Unedited images may be viewed with a watermark, but additional images can be edited for an additional fee.
What if I need my edits rushed?
If you require your photos sooner than the standard two-week turnaround, a rush fee will apply.
What do I need to do after my session?
Nothing! Simply wait for me to send you your proofs. If you are receiving prints, I will provide instructions on when they are ready for pickup.
Do standard sessions include set builds?
No, standard sessions typically use plain backdrops. I may use props that I already have, but any custom set builds must be discussed prior to booking.
How much do set builds cost?
Mini sets start at $75, and full sets begin at $200. Prices vary depending on the complexity and requirements of each set.
